They don't need traffic lights. What they need is speed enforcement the entire length of Big Bend Speedway!!!!
They used to set up radar, and 5 HCSO cars weren't enough to keep up with writing tickets. Then a local restaurant complained it was not good for business.
I was informed of this by HCSO themselves.
This is why there is no radar on Big Bend Speedway.
Oh, by the way, many HCSO frequent this restaurant.
I even reported this to Internal Affairs..nothing!
