Too many urban PBs these days and few owners can handle them.
The owners lack training themselves and let kids walk them and think it makes them safe.
I think PBs should have to post a bond unless the dog is totally passive.
85% of home owners claims are dog attacks.
Why should we pay for their insanity?
Large mean dogs should never rule any street. They must be trained.
Heavy fines should follow any dog left to run at large.
The poor kitties could get chewed up.
Use of a dog in an illegal grow should compound the sentence and
idiots who break the law lose the dog.
Sometimes the loss of the animal is more risk than an owner is willing to take.
