Kip Kelly from North Lebanon township says it's OK to put the star barn in East Hanover township? East Hanover does not have water or sewer lines in that area,and can't afford to maintain the roads they have.The owner of the star barn wants donation and public tax payer money to pay for this.The people who will benefit from this are the barn owner and the owners of non productive farm who have been waiting for someone to buy them out!Kip Kelly should keep his ideas in his own township
