The past 4 years no state legislation to stop the drugs, thugs, and gangs. Just out of control spending for feel-good community centers, and programs to "rehabilitate". All of which has been proven over decades to not work, to be 100% ineffective.

Now with an election pending the Democrats are once again saying and making promises (none of which will ever be kept) to buy the votes.
