A collective sigh of relief on Caterpillar

We don't know about Governor Quinn, but we're sure many local governmental officials breathed a collective sigh of relief this past week when Caterpillar's chief executive officer, Doug Oberhelman, said the firm is not seeking to leave Illinois as widely reported.
