My husband was judge by this judge for DWi and she gets dismissed. How odd were her chances. My husband is still doing time for it. It's been two yrs plus.

Either way they still had her for wreckless driving at 92mph in a 65mph zone, that didnt happen, AND had her for open container, that too didnt happen... this "officer courtesy" is crap!!! Once again Im shown the corrupt legal system in Johnson Co.

I would like to bring charges against this rebellious county who believes they make up their own laws in Texas. The very least a civil lawsuit against the sherrifs dept and probation office. I also am going to report them to the FBI and Attorney generals office.

They should have fried her guilty ass. Law obviously only aplies to other people not drunken judges and corrupt counties!!!!!!!!!!
