Home Nursing Agency acquires Brookline division
“Home Nursing Agency has been a long-standing community partner and is an industry leader with an excellent reputation.”
Home Nursing Agency, a provider of in-home health services, is acquiring Brookline Home Care and Hospice.
The sale only involves Brookline's home-health services, not the residential facilities of the State College-area agency. Rebecca Willnecker, senior vice president of administrative services at Home Nursing Agency, said Brookline Home Care has about 90 employees and that the Home Nursing Agency's hope is to bring all of those employees on board.
Home Nursing Agency, headquartered in Altoona, has offices in seven counties in central Pennsylvania including Centre County and serves a total of 21,000 people. Read more
