If marijuana was legal there would be no reason to waste taxpayer $$$ on this stuff, and we all could go to Juarez again as well....

Sergeant Joel Martinez reported that a vehicle parked in a shopping center on Sudderth Drive caught his attention at 10:35 p.m., July 15. The passenger side door was open but the stores were closed. Martinez reportedly pulled his marked patrol car across the street and observed. A second vehicle arrived and the passenger of the first vehicle exited to talk to the driver of the second vehicle. When Antonio Trujillo, 46, of San Patricio, exited the vehicle Martinez reports he was carrying a pipe. Martinez allegedly observed him lighting the pipe and "smoking it like he was smoking a narcotic." Martinez called for additional officers. Trujillo reportedly then spotted the patrol car across the street and returned to the car. Martinez drove across the street and made contact with the occupants of the vehicles. David Trujillo, 45, reportedly exited the vehicle and when asked if he had any drugs gave Martinez a bag of marijuana. The driver of the second vehicle, Charles Soto, 38, of San Patricio, also consented to a search of his vehicle. Marijuana was allegedly also found in his vehicle. David Trujillo and Soto were cited for possession of marijuana. Antonio Trujillo was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia

It would still be funny. What's funny is that in this town, a pharmacy can't even get it's meds delivered without being ripped off. That's some high end, big dollar crack ass stuff. Someone is sitting on a pretty payday. Let me guess, they have no suspects.

And if they did have any suspects - would they do a proper investigation?

I don't know but two more people would be robbed in the middle of that.

I am still laughing. I cannot stop laughing at that news item. It's like the cop could have shown up to a bank robbery in progress and at the same time as he was unfastening his little memo book, another bank robber got in and robbed again. Re: the house with no plumbing. I spoke with the VOR code enforcer and the environment dept.. They stated they had never received any complaints and will look into the situation. They would like calls with any details. I cannot leave phone numbers on blogs.

I have read about this house on Hart Street here on this blog before. Thank goodness someone is looking in to it.

But the code enforcer? Isn't that the dude who drives around all day trying to look studly and intimidating?
