Ozark Heritage Bank is staffed and managed by the most honest people you will ever see in charge of a bank. This is just a frivolous lawsuit, because this guy didn't get the return he wanted. Boohoo. Join the club, pal.

Please define Honest Banker ? I bank there and all in all they do fine for my meager account, Tammy works her tail off and gets no respect, i would like to thank her for the hard work. As far as the shareholder, if the bank wont show they must be hiding something so i think his suit is justfied, i say sue all the nepostism sobs here is mt view, they have to realize they cant do whatever they want, ive called a few of them out and man its fun to watch all there millions shake with fear.

Considering the nature of banking, it's not at all correct, nor prudent to correlate honesty with banking. "Honest banking/banker" is an oxymoron. There may be nice people involved, and people just glad to have a job, but it's still a dishonest racket.

I have to say I bank there and have nothing but PROBLEMS with my loans... There IS something shady about this bank and I know several others that have had problems as well!!! Even heard stories of certain, ex-Employees getting paid off to keep their mouths shut about some shares that were non refunded!! Jamie Barnes is in it u know there is gonna be something sly about it... I hope this bank DOES get looked into!! And as far as honesty like the other comment- there may be nice and honest people that work there but what happens when they go home ????? Besides wasn't there thousands of $$ missing not long ago... Things that make u go hmmmm!!!!!!

I applied for a loan there on the 2nd and was told today that I have the loan but will have to wait till next week to get the money. Why does it take so long to get a loan when you have land to secure the loan. I have never seen a bank take this long on a loan when land is involved. This is very bad for business and could sure hurt future dealings with this bank on loans. I am a new customer and this sure is not a good impression to me.

If it's not this bank then you would be griping about some other bank or something else. Seems like a lot of people are jealous of this bank and the folks involved with it. If you are concerned with the process of your loan then go talk to them about your concerns. Talking can clear up so much concern or confusion.

No it is not on my part Boohoo. I have been told over a week ago that I had the loan and that they had eveything they needed. Then today I got told they are still waiting on the title insurance. So why am I being told a different answer every time I call. Seems fishy to me.

Are you talking to the same person each time you get a different answer?

You must work for the bank, or are you a board member and a share holder. Is that why you are upholding this bank?
