Alsey Village President Rodney A. Sturgeon will go to court Monday to face charges of official misconduct after being accused of accepting about $5,000 to $10,000 in unlawful compensation.

Larry A. Baker, 46, of Alsey, Ill., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while license revoked and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.
