By Kitsap Sun staff Originally published 02:43 p.m., September 14, 2009 Updated 02:43 p.m., September 14, 2009 NORTH MASON - A 20-year-old Allyn man was arrested Sunday night by deputies from Mason and Kitsap counties after he attempted to rob two people Sunday afternoon to support a $200 a day heroin addiction.
