Allentown man arrested selling heroin on Hamilton Street, police say

An Allentown man was charged with dealing heroin Thursday afternoon after he sold four bags of the drug on a city street near the Lehigh River, police said. Miguel A. Rodriguez, 54, of the 100 block of West Tilghman Street was arrested 5:45 p.m. outside a Hamilton Street auto body shop between Second and Front streets, according to the police arrest affidavit.
