Marshall-Shadeland man files lawsuit over brawl at Esplen bar

A Marshall-Shadeland man has filed a federal lawsuit against the city of Pittsburgh for his arrest on murder charges after a June 16, 2003, brawl between bikers and residents at Jock's Bar in Esplen.
