Rash of DWI deaths renews calls for tougher laws

Although New Mexico continues to see a decline in drunken driving deaths, Gov. Susana Martinez, public safety officials and groups like Mothers Against Drunk Drivers are vowing once again push lawmakers in January to pass a package of bills aimed at repeat drunken drivers.
