Alexander City natives Ben and Luanne Russell arrived at the new expansion to Children's Hospital of Alabama in Birmingham Thursday morning for a dedication ceremony in honor of the Russell's $25 million contribution they made in 2008 as well as their 14 years of being on the hospital's board of trustees.
