Three local men were charged with felony counts of driving while intoxicated in separate arrests this week by Erie County sheriff's deputies.

Buffalo, N.Y. -- U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced Friday that a federal grand jury has returned an Indictment charging members of an alleged drug trafficking conspiracy with supplying large amounts of cocaine and marijuana from Arizona to the Buffalo area.

A Buffalo architectural and engineering firm claims it was never paid for design work it did for a project to upgrade the security system on the roof of the Erie County Correctional Facility in Alden.

An Alden man was charged today with breaking into a home, slipping into the shower and raping a woman last month in the village, Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard said.
