East Penn considering 5 redistricting plans

I no longer have children in school and I am an elderly, retired TAXPAYER. However, if the redistricting shuttles children out of their neighboring area that is wrong. Taxpayers PAY to live in a good school district and they should BE in their own districts. There should be no unfairness to the TAXPAYERS who pay for their own high taxes to redistrict to less than what they are DUE. So, what is the REAL reason for this shuttling of their children???
