A jury Wednesday acquitted Michelle Kapalski, 42, of Albrightsville, of stealing from her former employer, Heller's Gas Company, in Chestnuthill Township, which leaves the question of what happened to the money if Kapalski didn't take it.

One Dead in Easter Sunday Crash

A deadly crash in Luzerne County happened early Easter Sunday. Police say a Joseph Pagliaro, 39, of Albrightsville was driving his car when it ran off the road, flipped and hit a tree on route 115 in Buck Township around 1:30 a.m. Police have not yet released the name of the victim in the crash.
