They could save millions of dollars nationwide if they would quit mandating DPS letters to the street. Vehicles idle and use way more gas and oil due to this inane rule than any other. It takes less time to put it up in the office and no fuel or wear and tear on the vehicle are involved.

I live in a small town with no home deliver. It leaves me puzzled that people who have no home delivery or do not live on a rural route must pay for Post Offic box rental. This is the 21st century. I think it is time to begin having rural customers pay for delivery, at least at box rent rates.

Look at the lack of logic: get it brought to your door for the price of postage alone, or, if they can't do that, go to the post office in your own vehicle, at your expense, and pick it up from the box that you must pay for. Delivery to your box is the cheapest for USPS, and costs the most. Delivery to the home, even miles out in the country through snowdrifts, cost the most. How about getting rid of the antiquated cost structure and having a little better equity. This would go a long way toward solving USPS's fiscal woes.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Gemini

It's a busy day and you've got quite enough to do without having to cope with people clamoring for your attention and likely to go into a huff if they don't get it. Is this person feeling neglected because you're busily occupied elsewhere or are there other reasons for their demanding mood? Simply giving them a big hug could make all the difference to their behavior.
