Carl Camon hopes to earn the Democratic nomination. In downtown Albany, he talked to supporters about his platform which includes including fixing the state's budget woes, giving law enforcers more tools to fight crime, and supporting a statewide high-speed rail system.

Isn't it amazing how Liberal Democrats always want a quick fix to all things that are bad. Here we are in an economic climate where millions of Georgians are out of work, State revenue drastically down and now we have another Democrat that wishes to tax us even further to create high speed rail systems across the state. Has this man been sleeping the past year or what? They always say these ideas will create thousands of jobs, yeah they will once an out of state contractor bring in hundreds and hundreds of illegals to build the darn thing. Send this one back where he comes from.

Is he related to the child-killer who was just bonded out of jail in Lakeland? They both have the same uncommon last name, and I can't believe a judge would let this creep out of jail unless he was "persuaded". It was a huge amount of money, and the little thug child-killer had to get it from somewhere..... would be interesting to know if they're related and if a gubernatorial candidate would do such a thing... Not accusing... just supposing.
