Michael L. Mikesell, 37, of the 1000 block of South Florida, was arrested on a Grand Jury warrant for allegedly trafficking a controlled substance .

that guy tried to sell me magazines too and i thought i smelled weed on him guess i was right.

Selling magazines without a permit is not an arrestable offense; neither is possessing a small amount of marijuana. He should have been cited and given a day in court. Why was he arrested?

remember all the windows shot out last month, I heard that dan agguire and jeremy paz did it. Please tell me the police didn't blow it off. What is the proper protocol after you have been victimized, do you call the cops on a regular basis just to ask about it?
