Cell Phone Key to Finding Stolen Truck & Trailer in OKC
A local man's in custody after apparently stealing a truck-trailer combo last night near Wilshire and I-35...with the owner's cell phone somewhere in the truck leading Oklahoma City Police right to the vehicle.
