Agawam Dog Park proposed final design plans unveiled
The proposed final design of the Agawam Dog Park, to be located on 2.1 acres in the northwestern portion of Shea Field, was unveiled Wednesday by Christopher M. Sparks, Park and Recreations director, during an Agawam Dog Owners Group, Inc. meeting at the Agawam Public Library.
At each stop the group prayed before the Blessed Sacrament. "It's a great thing for young people to do after Holy Thursday Mass, spending time with the Lord in the garden of his passion," said Joe Dziok, who helps lead the San Damiano Youth Group from St. Stanislaus Basilica in Chicopee.
