One Teen Killed, Another Critically Wounded In Delaware County Shooting

The Delaware County Sheriff's Office says they found an 18-year-old female and a 16-year-old male lying in the middle of a roadway near Afton around 4 p.m. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene with a single gunshot wound.
