A 37-year-old man from Farmers Branch has been charged with capital murder in connection with the deaths of a 30-year-old woman and her 10-year-old daughter.

This monster was released from jail on Friday for kidnapping and rape. He then kills a 30yr old mother and her defenseless 10yr old daughter.
The system let these people down.
The sooner this kidnapper, rapist, woman abusing murderer and child killer is put down the better.
