April postings fall 2 percent from March
The 1,288 foreclosure postings of Tarrant County residential properties for the April auction are down 2 percent from March but still 21 percent higher than April 2007, according to figures released Thursday by Foreclosure Listing Service.
How many this year?
The foreclosure postings for the first four months of the year are 27 percent ahead of the year-ago period. The Addison-based company counts 5,591 Tarrant County homes posted for auction so far in 2008.
