A Watertown man who allegedly absconded from Jefferson County Drug Court supervision in 2010 was arraigned Thursday in County Court on a charge that he jumped bail.

Kenneth D. Lance Jr., 23, Michaels Road, was arrested Monday afternoon after state police say he slapped a woman in the face during a domestic fight and smashed the windshield of her vehicle.

An Adams man was sentenced Monday in Jefferson County Court to up to four years in state prison for using a stolen debit card and cashing a forged check.

Christine A. Tur, 59, of 4239 Jackson Lane, Henderson, was charged Thursday by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department with petit larceny in connection with the alleged theft of money from a man's account at Northern Federal Credit Union in Adams.

Jamie L. Absalon, 42, of 75 Prospect St., Gouverneur, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI and third-degree unlawfully fleeing from a police officer about 9:30 p.m. Friday on Route 11 in the town of Philadelphia.
