An alleged mid-level crack cocaine dealer from Manhattan, N.Y. who is believed to have direct ties to a Bronx-based drug ring distributing crack cocaine in the northern Berkshires, pleaded not guilty to numerous drug charges in Berkshire Superior Court on Thursday.

Judging by our DA's record in obtaining and preserving convictions, I'd say these guys rolled the dice. There's a good chance they would get off!
