Crews were on the scene of a school bus rollover on Interstate 81. It happened around 4 p.m. Monday afternoon on 81 south between the Adams Center and Watertown exits.

Jeffrey D. Zehr, 31, of 17529 Michaels Road, was arrested Sunday night by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies on charges of felony criminal contempt and harassment.
