Acton to 'turn blue' to raise cancer awareness

March has been designated as Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. As a way to raise awareness about the importance of screening for the disease, Acton will take part in a Turn York County Blue program.

Lorraine Yeaton: Acton enters into agreement regarding large-scale incidents

Selectmen have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with York County Emergency Management and the York County Incident Management Team to provide assistance and management to the Town of Acton in case of a large-scale incident.
