New curfew rules in Abbottstown

Young people roaming Abbottstown had better pay attention to the time. A new curfew ordinance the Borough Council passed last week has gone into effect, and could result in large fines for violators - or even possible jail time for their parents in lieu of fine payment.

At one time parents actually cared where their children were. Apparently yours did and mine did too.
This is what is called a necessary evil. The police must force parents to care where the kids are. The $1000 fine might do that! Good job Abbottstown council!
