An Aaronsburg woman was taken to Mount Nittany Medical Center, then flown by LifeFlight to Hershey Medical Center after her car struck a deer on state Route 45, near Kline Road in Gregg Township early this morning.

Aaronsburg woman charged with assault

A 33-year-old woman from Aaronsburg was charged with aggravated assault after state police said she swung a rifle at a 36-year-old man and struck him in the head at about 3:45 a.m. Saturday at a location on Frazier Street in Millheim.
