I don't think he's crazy either far from it.
Everything he did on that bus was stalking calculated stalking. He stalked his prey as horrifying as that sounds.
He sat there eating a dead human body that he just killed- in public nonetheless. And he cut pieces for later thinking he was going to get away. That was also very merciless. In addition you really don't know if the victim was dead at the time when he beheaded him. This is how horrified I am.
I'm not trying to gross anybody out. I just hope that alot of you Canadians write the prosecutor of this case cause it wasn't just a criminal act it was an insult to humanity.
