Linda Crago is trying to protect the heirlooms of Canada's farms and fields. The Wellandport, Ont., farmer has spent the last 13 years growing vegetables and plants using nothing but original seed a ' non-commercial varieties that have not been altered to last longer on store shelves or to be a certain size for packing and shipping.
