Wainfleet Fatal A 38-year-old Selkirk, Ont., woman was killed Tuesday night when the minivan she was driving struck the rear of a slow moving farm combine near Wainfleet.

Woman dies in Wainfleet crash

A 38-year-old woman is dead after a crash in Wainfleet. Niagara police say the woman's minivan was travelling on Forks Road when it rear-ended a farm combine at around 7 o'clock Tuesday night.
