Man at centre of gaybashing faces charges

John Jake has a defense, leave it at that. I know young people especially Indian boys. I had a confrontation from such youngsters. I am not gay nor shall I ever bash someone with mixed genes, but here goes if you want to hear it.
My son and I moved into this new neighbor hood. The home we stayed in was one of the social housing programs, nice home. A few weeks later boys, I wouldn't name them, one was gay and one was soft a shemale boy I thought...well, they visited my son and they smoked up all my cigarettes, then they started bring booze in big pepsi jugs. I told them that they could visit and shoot the bull, but they became violent and wanted to drive a knife in my side...but I was watching, one of those boys was standing on the other side of the fence and he almost got my right leg as I caught him driving it between the boards. I told my son, lets lock them out of our lives, and that is what we did. My son and me never associated with them again. They were clever bunch, they used a woman (native) and beautiful to hold my son from leaving them. I like the soft one, but hate the gay one...one time one of the straight ones started to dance around and barely missed my nose when he throw one at me...I told them I would not call authorities on them but eventually I had to get a restraining order because my words meant nothing. There the gay and straight ones became violent, but the soft one never came back. They owe my son a lot of money from money I gave from the common experience payment the government gave me...I just hope the government didn't steal my money back through those boys.

John Jake's defense is this...he did not provoke the incident. The report via news sources states that one of the youngsters wanted a cigarette..he has no defense yet..the name calling is where the provocation began. Everyone in Canada is entitled to self-defense and provocation is one of those things which you can defend yourself from. The trouble here is...the booze was the motor driver in Jake and his pals i.e. no one sits in a parlor sipping pepsi. The story goes as to the gentlemen's departure from. Now the brick throwing...who throw the first brick?, and why did the taxi leave him behind if those where his friends in there. Excessive force was used by the youngsters as they wanted to injure Jake really, really bad and it looks like from the news clips they almost did him in. TOT! was in their mind just like our ex-attorney general, TOT! was also in his mind. Jake has a defense, get a good lawyer, if TOT was in his mind, the court will sort it out.

Jake the gay man who was beaten by the young Native boys should realize that bashing people who committed a provincial offence at the time of signing the treaties hurts them very bad. The Native boys' ancestors lost everything including their sacred bow, arrow and flint knives. The Natives have nothing absolutely nothing except maybe George Washington's wooden teeth. Hate crime legislation awaits Obama's signature
The Senate passed groundbreaking legislation Thursday that would make it a federal crime to assault an individual because of his or her sexual orientation or gender identity. The expanded federal hate crimes law now goes to President Obama, who has pledged to sign it.
