Black bear spotted in Sarnia area

For the first time in more than 100 years, a black bear has been sighted in Lambton County, and the hungry creature has been making a nuisance of itself.

Well....what does anyone expect!! We have encroached on these poor creatures habitat to the extent that they have no where else to go and every now and again of course they will show up! I can guarantee that the bear no more wants to be near humans than they want him there! Have pity on the poor thing...it's a tragedy what we are doing to the environment and in turn the wildlife that want nothing more that to live in peace and have enough to eat. All we need now is some white trash yahoo out there with his gun who lives by the motto, "if it moves, shoot it!" Really sad!

Might be handy to know the where abouts that this bear was seen so people can have a heads up and not go near that certain location. Especially if they are going for a walk or if it happens to be in a child area where they play.
