Three-vehicle collision in Coldbrook

Kentville firefighters responded to a three-vehicle collision late Tuesday afternoon on Highway 1 in Coldbrook at the exit ramp for Highway 101 Exit 14. Firefighters responded to the page at 3:56 p.m. On their arrival at the scene, they found one of the vehicles on its side with an individual trapped inside.

Alleged members of out-of-area shoplifting ring appear in Kentville court

Evangeline Rose Francis, 28, Raven Jewell Peter-Paul, 24, and Andrew Stephen Robinson, 33, are charged with stealing property valued at less than $5,000 from Walmart in New Minas on July 23 and with possessing stolen property exceeding $5,000 in value.
