Shale gas committee to be 'transparent'
Robert Joly, president of the Strategic Environment Assessment Committee on Shale Gas, held a news conference to unveil the committee's draft implementation plan, which describes exactly how the committee will arrive at a final recommendation to the government by November 2013.
