A man wanted by the FBI and featured on the TV show America's Most Wanted has been caught in Toronto.

Allen Piche, 66, outside the Grand Forks, B.C., courthouse on May 24, 2012 after being fined $6,000 for feeding dozens of black bears near his home in Christina Lake.
