Alberta Emergency Alert issued the advisory Tuesday morning. It says stream levels are expected to rise rapidly over the next 36 hours and that 1 metre to 1.5 metre increases in water levels are possible within the North Saskatchewan River, Athabasca River and Red Deer River basins.
