East Coast festival in Toronto lacked really drunk party people

They say one is born every minute! When I noticed the ads for the East Coast Festival at Toronto's Distillery District, which is about five minutes from my home, how could I say no? I'm sure many Maritimers in the city felt the same way when they heard about it.
