City of Bellevue officials on Thursday approved the design for this Marriott AC hotel proposed for downtown at 210 106th Place N.E. The city has OK'd the design of a 234-room hotel proposed for downtown Bellevue, but it's unclear when construction might start. Bamboo Gardens restaurant and other businesses now operate in a single-story building on the project site at 210 106th Place N.E., in the same block as Expedia's headquarters.
