Good, it's about time they realized this. Gander once becoming a public company slashed staff levels and in the case of my store I worked at, went from 130 positions down to approximately 65. This is why people could not get the quality help they would be looking for. All to save on the bottom line and please shareholders.
Biggest thing I can suggest is hiring more employees, tweaking inventory to have what people want and need most, and bringing back the culture of customer service that was there before Mark Baker destroyed the company. |
