Paul P. Partyka, principal and managing director of NAI Realvest, said the Colbert Commercial Center site is fully entitled to develop over 750,000 square feet of commercial mixed-use space.
NAI Realvest will launch an international marketing campaign to sell the site.
Partyka said he plans to marshal his extensive links to business entities in Dubai, UAE, and to utilize the NAI global network that includes more than 3,000 commercial property brokers worldwide.
Colbert Lane, LLC, is the developer/owner.
