•SunTech Commerce Park, 41 Skyline Drive in Lake Mary, where the landlord is SunTech TIC of Coconut Creek, Fla. and the tenant Brookfield, Wis.-based Fiserv Solutions, Inc. renewed its office lease for 8,112 square feet
