Mattamy Homes U.S. Group Offers Up To $4,000 in Free Closing Costs in Nine Communities

BURNSVILLE, Minn. --- Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, is offering up to $4,000 in free closing costs on any new home purchased in nine Mattamy Homes communities in the Twin Cities area. Jennifer Anderson, marketing manager for Mattamy Homes U.S. Group in Minnesota, said the offer is good through Nov. 30 with the use of Mattamy Home Funding.

We will provide up to $4,000 toward closing costs, in addition to the $8,000 U.S. federal tax credit for first-time home buyers and the new $6,500 federal tax credit that took effect Nov. 6 for buyers who qualify,

Anderson said.

Mattamy Homes U.S. Group builds single-family homes and town homes priced from the high $100s in nine communities in the Twin Cities area.
