Beazer Homes offers two new villas priced from the $170s at Gulfwinds in Holiday
The Barrington villa home offers a study, with three-bedrooms, two baths in 1,883 square feet of living space and a two-car garage.
The Augusta villa’s floor plan, with 1,745 square feet of living space also has three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage.
Gulfwind’s villas and single-family homes include Beazer’s eSMART features that increase energy and water efficiency and indoor air quality, said Kareyann Rhodes, sales manager for Beazer Homes in the Tampa Bay region.
New low maintenance villa homes at Gulfwinds are base-priced from the $160s if you wish to build and personalize, Rhodes said
In Gulfwinds, Beazer Homes also offers single-family homes priced from the $170s that range in size from 1,583 square feet of living space to 2,665 square feet on oversized 75-foot homesites.
