Stirling International Realty Commercial Group Negotiates Long-term Lease, Lexington Park, Sanford

SANFORD, Fla. - Stirling International Realty’s Commercial Group recently negotiated a second long-term lease agreement at 1100 Lexington Green Ln. in Lexington Park, located on the northeast corner of S.R. 46 and Mangoustine Rd. in Sanford.

Frank Dever, managing director of Stirling International Realty’s Commercial Group negotiated the agreement representing the landlord, Lexington Real Estate Developers, LLC.

Heart 2 Heart leased another 1,200 square feet, so that the birthing center will now occupy the entire 3,600 square foot building, Dever said.

The new building is under construction and will open later this summer.

Ron Fanelli, an associate at Stirling International Realty Commercial Group, participated in the lease transaction representing Heart 2 Heart.
