Hajoca Corporation of Ardmore, Pa., represented by Ray Romano of C.B. Richard Ellis, renewed a lease of 30,000 square feet for three years at 2499 Mercy Drive where LB Sowell Corp. of Brandon, Fla. is the landlord for the industrial building.
Heidrich negotiated a four-year lease with D&G Occasions of Orlando for 3,420 square feet in Herndon Commerce Center at 645 Herndon Ave. D&G currently occupies 10,904 square feet and expanding its premises to 14,360 square feet with Suites A through D and the return of 3,780 square feet of old space. LBJ Properties of Winter Park is the landlord.
At Goldenrod CommerCenter, Heidrich negotiated a three-year lease of suite 105 with 2,000 square feet representing the landlord, Maitland-based COP-Goldenrod, LLC. Purpose-Filled Ministries International Fellowship, Inc. is the new tenant at the industrial facility at 1460 N. Goldenrod Rd.
